About The Daily Recipe
Simple recipes, tested twice, eaten immediately.
Our story
The Daily Recipe started the way most food blogs do: a kitchen, a camera, and too many mismatched measuring cups. What makes us different is our testing promise — every recipe is cooked at least twice, and every article is fact-checked before it goes anywhere near your feed.
Our editorial process
- Every recipe is tested twice — once while writing, once while photographing.
- Ingredients are measured by weight wherever precision matters, with cup conversions included.
- Nutrition info is estimated using standard databases and clearly labelled as such.
- Sources are cited for technique claims and food-safety guidance.
- We correct mistakes publicly — when we get something wrong, we fix it and say so.
Who writes here
The Daily Recipe is written and edited by a small team of home cooks who believe good food should be approachable. Have a question about a recipe? Want to report an error? Email skyetecnelspruit@gmail.com — a human reads every message.
How we make money
We plan to keep the site free and may support it through display advertising (and, if we ever recommend equipment we love, clearly disclosed affiliate links). Ads never influence our recipes or opinions. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
